70 e jonsered oil pump quit

Well.....the first thing to do is remove the chain catcher. Behind that is a filter screen...that may be clogged....remove and clean if debris is found. The screen sits in a black plastic cup, just pull that out with your finger and inside the oil tank you should see a black rubber hose attached to the bottom of the filter area running up to the oil pump itself. Make sure this hose in firmly attached at both ends and isn't cracked or rotted.

checked the line it felt fine still not a drop might need to run a small wire down it ive ever saw now down with this issue really not cool a stihl just went bad 310 ill dig into that next
