Just for your information, I spoke with the owner and he agreed that it would be best to cut it down. I climbed about 60 ft. up of each one and tied a rope and pulled them down when I cut them. It went fine. I just made sure that I did it on a day when the wind wasn't blowing. Thanks for all your input.

My advice is cut and hope. Cut small notch make your back cut and throw it. Just pray like hell the top doesn't hit first and the but come back and go through the house. I get the feeling you done this type of preaching before. Goodluck. Or just send me a plane ticket I'll do it.
