90's Vermeer bc1230 problems with hydrolics

We have an older 95' or so BC1230 auto feed II chipper. Thy hydrolic feeder wheels stopped moving like they should. They just barely turn. Nothing is stuck, and the knife drum is working fine.
Does anyone know where to start the diagnosis? The fluid seems to be full.

Have you checked real good to make sure nothing is stuck in the feed wheel? That is the most common thing that happens with mine.

i have the same one its the linked on the top of the chipper on the forward and revise
