Oldsaw, I think that its safe to say that you are one of "these guys" that you make mention of.
Well, there you go Oldsaw. You just got a real nice pat on the back. I would like to second that.

O.K. Everybody!!!
GROUP HUG!!!
Albut geared for l that is very true, what has been said. However,Before I found this site,One chainsaw would have been enough. Now I have to have saws in all power ranges and bar sizes,Look for excuses to buy more stuff, and constantly have almost uncontrollable want to cut wood,it is like a warped adolesant sex drive, but geared for saws :greenchainsaw:
Looks Like we need a country song titled:
"I Love This Site"
Well, since you asked......
Thats Great.
Too bad you didn't have that out before
the Grammies.
:rockn:
Well, since you asked......
If tomorrow all the saws were gone,
I’d worked for all my life.
And I had to start again,
with just my Homie and my wife.
I’d thank my lucky stars,
to be posting here today.
‘Cause the site still stands for knowledge,
and I hope it stays that way.
And I’m proud to be on the ArboristSite,
where I always know I'll learn
That it's never good to hatrack trees
and which are best to burn.
And I’d gladly log on,
next to you and search it day and night.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this place,
God bless the ArborstSite!
With apologies to Lee Greenwood.
If you're going to write a country song for saws then the wife would leave you with the Poulon that won't run while she takes the Stihl 441.
Writing a song for this site, I think you nailed it. Thanks so much for your help. Project 440 rebuild, Echo 472 project, Poulon Micro XXV project, Stihl 024 project oh yeah I got it bad. Thanks to the experts on this site most will become runners some day.

Now I work in the woods with my husband. We still have my fathers Jred (he died at 89 in spring -05). He was active in the woods until he was about
87.
