A new 031 air filter??

Just curious if anyone out here knows where i can find a new air filter for this saw. I checked with stihl and they told me they couldnt get me one and also checked Baileys with no such luck. It has a choke lever built into it..( i believe its the choke lever, never touched one before). I'm in the middle of putting it back together and this one is toast. I bought it in pieces.

Or if there is another model of saw that uses the same filter with that choke lever would also be cool.

It's still available... 1113 120 1602, or just buy the two halves and use your other parts -1612 and -1603.. and save $10.
