I have a Monterrey Oak in my front yard that I planted back in 2014 (10-Gal bucket from the nursery) I noticed that the leaves of the lower branches are turning white and when I was clearing around the tree, I found small balls that were attached to the root of the tree. I was wondering if the tree is suffering from a sort of disease and need an arborist to treat it. Your comment is greatly appreciated
