OSHA requires that your employer provides PPE for all of their workers it's also his responsibility for his employees to use it. If there not you can call them for a site inspection and maybe the owner will wake up when he's hit with a nice fine. No one wants to see one of the workers get injured or worse. And no one wants to see you left holding the bag if something bad goes down.
