Hi all
I'm looking for some advice. I inherited a beautiful Acer from my grandmother when she sadly passed away last year. I was out watering the plants in the garden yesterday and I noticed that the Acer is starting to bud, and it seems to be doing well. But the pot it is growing in seems too small.
Now I understand that it needs a special type of compost which I think is called irricatious(sic)
But not being the the most green fingered person, I'm worried that I might damage or worse kill it by attempting to re-pot it.
Any advise is welcome as the plant is quite dear to me and I would hate for any harm to come to it.
