Advice on forestry equipment

I'm trying to decide what one type of heavy equipment I need to maintain roads and small clear-cuts in hilly, somewhat rocky terrain in Ozarks of SE Missouri. Requirements to consider are grading, pushing, lifting and loading, and digging. Any suggestions appreciated.

4x4 loader hoe with a 4 in 1 front bucket and a thumb on the hoe.
Does it all, and can be driven on asphalt roads.
