I rebuilded our old ms250 that was my first chainsaw "project"
The problem is i cant cut any wood with it even thin one like 10-15 cm wide and after a few trying i noticed black sludge/burned oil dripping down betwen the mufler and the engine (has muffler-gasket-cooling plate)

Tried to tune but almost the same either rich or lean side (used 50:1 sthil oil)

What i bought
-aliexpress carburetor kit with ignition coil 18 usd (i tried a new a second carbutrator but it didnt even started, it was also a cheap one but with good feedback from localshop)
-new clutch and drum rim sprocket, chain tensioner also bar and chain
-oil seal,impulse line,tank vent line
-cheapest cylinder and piston from a localshop

Any good tips?
