Aggravation

I tell ya, this industry makes me want to go postal sometimes. I'm a foreman at our company and have several years under my belt with said company. I tell ya though, I'm sick and tired of new guys with chips on their shoulder coming and going. New guy comes in thinking he's the only one who has ever climbed a large tree or performed a hazardous removal. The majority of these douche bags are pot heads and think their #### don't stink. They are a dime a dozen in this industry.

Well I've always been a pretty easy going foreman who runs things quite democratically, but starting tommorow the iron fist will be pounded, over and over again. I've had enough.

i understand your pain a little different than my circumstance, in all though the same ####. I ahve to deal with all the headaches of running my own show so employees are alway problems. Just today my GM called off leaving me hanging and looking bad infront of my customer. I had work alone which really sucked on this job. It's days like today that make me wonder why the hell i'm still doing this. Tomorrow who knows
