So.....while researching reverse sear steaks on youtube today I went down a slight rabbit hole.

I found this utterly fascinating.



Really cool.

ETA - Anyone that doesn't have Chromecast for the tele....get it..... totally worth the 40 bucks to stream Youtube videos to the tv.
