You have been awakened to a new reality and are now looking at things a bit differently. Protection and awareness are things we consider more these days. Mattyo has good points on who knew those saws were in there. My home was scoped out before the dirtbags took my guns and my wife's jewelry. A week later they broke into my shop but must have been disrupted and left early. There are far worse things than taking possessions. I now have a security system, several motion lights, "carry" more than before, steel bars on the shop windows, and constantly watch my surroundings. Careful though, this can be taken to extremes. As John Locke said, "What worries you, masters you."

I always say I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6. I always carry, criminals think we owe them something, for thier pathetic existence, WE OWE THEM NOTHING! Never give an inch, never back down, stand your ground! There's laws about that. Not only is it your RIGHT to protect your self, your family, your friends, your home, it is your DUTY to do so by any means nessacery. I agree 100% with previous statements, stop tying the hands of lawful people, let us take care of our own. Thank you very much!..............sorry I get alittle wound- up when the conversation turns to our rights as people.

I dated a gal in Cullowhee. Never had an issue with shady people while out hiking in that area. That was a few years ago and maybe the poor economy is affecting things. Glad you and your family are okay.

Just curious, why did you have so many saws in your vehicle?
Just didnt take them out after work that day.
