I have a 98 GMC Topkick I'm trying to sell, it sat for a couple of months, I cannot get the bucket to work, the outriggers go down, but the boom doesn't go up, it has hyd fluid in it, it doesn't even try

Most of the GMCs have safety sensers mounted on the outriggers that wont allow the boom to operate unless the outriggers are down. This is the most likely culprit. if you unstick the sensors that usually works

they make a little blue pill for that problem

i guarentee its the valve on the back side of your outrigger. make sure both sides are popped out and youll be up and running.
