altec outriger leak

One of my seals is leaking and was wondering if anyone had ever tackled this job i see some sort of pin but i don't know which way it's driven out...

easy fix to reseal a outrigger cylinder. it only about 50 bucks for the seals from altec

thanks Joe. how about the pins that hold the rod of the cylinder to the outrigger ?

Should come out either side, but I bet it will be stuck.
