Mark: I pulled the carb and reed (what's left of the reed) out and from what I can see of the crank assembly it is a rusted mess. It would be a miricle it the crank throw wasn't pitted all to hell along with the rod.
I lost heart and shoved it into a corner.

The purchase has to be my worst 'Oh ****!!' ever!

The roasted John Deere 23 pales in comparison.

I always wondered why Poulan bothered to buy Wright. I figured it was for the bladesaw patents and dealer network. I'm thinking more and more that I was correct in that thinking as the more I see the Wright built saws, the less I think of them.

Once they were bought out, Wright designed and built saws pretty much ceased to exist.
 
anyone know what paint code or color was on the pioneer 3270 im trying to restore one needs a paint job. and any ideas on how to restore the muffler to a non rusty painted look?
