There's been one on eBay for a long time at $525 "Buy It Now" and it hasn't sold.

Well that is still one whale of a price. It is a 07 not a 070.

I agree. A decent 07(S) would catch max 150 $ over here. They can be found at 50 to 100$. A real boat anchor of a saw.

Yep. I was thinking it was worth a hamburger...ok, maybe a cheeseburger.

They're not worth much - and that is why they make a great saw to learn saw fixing on. I've bought a good runner on eBay for £12 (delivery cost more....), and I've bought wreckers for £30. Sometimes someone sticks a 25" bar on them and gets £100 from someone who thinks "ooooh, monster saw". I have to admit, I paid £70 for a piston for one....!

They run .404 chain as standard, weigh about the same as an 880, and cut at about the same speed as an 026. They vibrate like hell and are very loud. Using one for a morning to chop wood is one hell of a work out, but quite good fun.

Hey there I also have a stihl 07 saw.. it has good compression 150 lbs.. getting spark and fuel but wont fire any ideas
