Hello, I have a woodmaster 5500 owb as my secondary heat source. I have 2 thermostats. Main one is for propane & AC. 2nd one is wired just to run fan only. I have the 2nd thermostat wired from main stat to 2nd.

When I turn the 2nd tstat for owb on and turn it to heat it won't kick the fan on. I am using 2 sensi electronic thermostats. One is the lite version(main) & one is the sensi touch(owb).
Last year I used a different thermostat for the owb fan only. Switched to the sensi so I can control it from my phone. Anyone able to help here? Is anyone using a smart thermostat? Thanks in advance!!

The wiring you have sounds correct. Is it possible you have Rc instead of Rh wired? Try setting to cool with a lower setpoint to see if the fan kicks on. Is there a jumper on the sensi touch for Rc to Rh? That may need to be removed, though I don't think that should matter. I have two identical thermostats, neither is wifi/smart so I can't help there.

Thanks. I guess it's something with the smart thermostat because I hooked my old cheap one as the main thermostat and it now works.
