anybody trim in florida

So my wife is really wanting to move back to florida I'm from colorado and I've been workin for asplundh for 2 1/2 years now I'm a good climber and I love the industry but florida kinda scares me I'm thinking a lot of bugs hot as hell and possibly a lot of imigrant trimmers driving down the wages... am I wrong? And we would be moving to zephyr hills area any input is appriciated thanks guys

Florida wages tend to be low, but so is the overall cost of living. No state income taxes. Fairly low property taxes if you stay out of Democrat run counties (Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Miami areas). If you come down here and try to tell us how it was back where you came from just remember that I-75 and I-95 don't have roadblocks on the northbound lanes.
