i'd wait on the flex fuel.

i would never buy new.i like older stuff made of metal.i bought an 86 C30 Chevy dump this year for $1800.has a 350 and a 4 speed.pulls everything and runs great.no payments and i have the title in my possession.no full coverage insurance either.nice tool box between the cab and bed.holds all my gas,saws,and climbing gear.

i got an 87 K30 for $150 with 40K on it.seat isn't ripped and the AC works.frame is rusted beyond repair so i'll replace that this winter.
