I live maybe half an hour from Bothel in the Duvall/Carnation area. I have a old Mac 10-10A that runs well you could use. I am a home owner, firewood guy, not a pro, so while I need my saw to be taken care of, it is not like I make my living off of it. Maybe some of the wood from your bro's place in exchange?
