I looked at it also, and unless you have multiply crews and sales men i dont think its worth the price. I use quickbooks for my accounting and its not that expensive.

Not quite sure what your asking? All I seen in the video of the program was stuff more for like quotes and route planing for jobs, and a cad like program

I use my regular email and phone everyday to stay in touch with customers. If I am not wrong, I think the software is $2600. I would think you would need to have a doz crews to make it worth wild. Quickbooks is only for billing, and your accounting stuff.

Quick books will never work for Plant health care
I use an old system (DOS) from Arbor Computers in Connecticut. They do have a windows program but I hate change. This w ill track you applications work orders billing etc. It is also very flexible. Arbor gold can not be customized very much. If you want to track different information you can not add to the program.

That is what i wanted to know. There will be alot of applications durning the year. Any other
Systems you like. Arborgold seems a high in price.

How many applications do you do a year that you can't keep track of them via invoices. In pa we have to keep records and it would be very easy to see when you last did one.

Have you used quick books before? It does so many things and then some. You can print a billion different reports that are all customizable
At least 500 applications a year and 1200 removals a year
No i have not used quickbooks. I can look at it.

I know with quickbooks, I can send invoices, via email or mail. Put quotes in the computer, add notes to customers files. I have all my customers in the program, with what I charge them for each service, and all i have to do is select what I want for each customer. I can print out reports for each service or each customer, or sales per salesman or region. It keeps all my mileage for taxes, takes care of my sales tax, and my payroll. There is so much it will do and its not really that expensive. If there is something more that you want to do, ask me and I will see if you can on my quickbooks for you. It used to take me two hours to do invoices at the end of the month. I now do them in like 20-30 mins.
