Arborist Cert. Forum

What are some thoughts from you guys on starting an Arborist Cert. Forum. This forum could serve as an aid for prospective exam takers, and for Cert. Arborists to review for CEU's and what not. People could fire questions back and forth, post pictures for ID, post diagrams of tree biology, etc.

Instead of studying to the test, if you have a question about material you are reading, ask it here or on another AS forum?

This could be a forum that is strictly for educational test preparation or for continuing education. It would not be for homeowners to ask questions about my tree......., or look at this gear I got...., etc. Even though these events are interesting, they tend to displace some questions regarding Arborist Cert. and such.

I don't know about restricing people from it, but I could see it beeing heavily moderated, with none of the spuriouse "thumbs up" posting allowed.

Just Q&A dialog to help students of any sort understand what they are doing better.

Seriously though, my thought is to keep it acidemic so that anyone would want to go in and ask a question. Not having to wade through the chatter to get to the meat of the thread.

Would that exclude Kenny from posting?

Speeking of him, is he doing OK? He's not been on for three days.
