Nice work, sir. You are certainly on the right path.

So, by time we're finished, I've spent some real quality time with the client, and taught them what great tree service is all about. We've laughed, cried, talked and gotten to know each other. I've given them plenty of reasons to like me, trust me, and want to do business with me.

REMEMBER, our value as trusted professionals is far greater than the sum of our labor hour charges.

Nice succinct thoughts af7850. but how often do you cry when meeting clients for the first time or any time for that matter.. just teasing
 
af I guess since I lack your charisma I gotta focus on selling knowledge. I enjoy having clients as friends when that evolves, but if I start out going that way they will smell a schmoozing coming on and their bs antenna will go up.:cheers:

But if you are just breaking into a market and you have the spare time, your perspective and style are bound to be different. I have a fair amount of certified competition and it rarely works for me to give it away, but I'm not saying what's right for you..:biggrinbounce2:
