Seems totally legit to me. A 20" chain cost $81 there. Or you can buy a 372 XP for $10 more. I will order after the holiday for sure.

According to Google maps there's no Ashwood Dr in Essex IA.
Even those hours look pretty sus.
There are many online site checkers you can plug a suspected dodgy website into to get info like this...

when in doubt, use PayPal - PayPal will refund your money and deal with the vendor. I bought a Petzel Rig Descender once for a great price. I was skeptical, but the site offered Paypal. Sure enough, no product arrived. I alerted Paypal, and they refunded my money.
