Regardless of TPOs', bits of paper, qualifications etc. I can hear the magistrate now " So Mr X you claim to "know your stuff" but you never thought to check the prescence of a TPO, conservation area or additonal constraints imposed by the LPA, how long have been an arborist, oh i see 6-7 years"

i know what you mean ccooperabbs but from what i'v been told it needed sorting there and then but yeh he should have checked.
