What bugs me about the 'no hat crowd' are those on the HGTV shows shown rigging, trimming, removing, etc. w/ no hats on. Sometimes not even safety glasses.

Just another hack getting some business.
 
The important thing to remember is that this guy has between 2-3% body fat. That is crucial.

undefined2-3% body fat???Sure, maybe someone should look that up in a medical journal. Last i checked unless the guys' been extrememly malnourished, this is just about impossible. Not even healthy.

Here's a chart I found.
 
I got down to 8-9% when i was a wannbe bodybuilder and Jarhead. That was very hard to do and I was so agressive I didn't even like me.

That chart for average % does not apply to people in WI, I think it should be 25-30% :dizzy:

thanks for the chart. Seems about right on. I've done my share of body building; as well as my g/f is a personal trainer; thus the 2-3% things seemed al little wacked.

Last summer before m.w. championships i got down to just under 6%; that was hell trying to keep that lean. Everything has to be watched presisely; eating, sleeping, planned schedule of everthing. Not to mention expensive. It costs an arm an a leg to eat like i was. 4-5k calories a day. Protein shakes 3 times a day, two protein bars, and 5-6 meals. It was a regimand hard to follow all year long.

However next month i'll be back at it again. See you in Nashville or at least go through hell tryin!

Maybe i could get ahold of the guy w/ the 2% body fat, i'm sure he and his boyfriend have some tips. :p
