This past week they've found Asian long horned beetles in a neighborhood 1 mile away from my own. Heres the article:

Sounds like pretty scary stuff! It seems that the infected area is pretty small so I'm hoping that they can keep it isolated. We also got some calls about it today at work so it might give us some ipm jobs, but i'd rather not have the beetles!
