Hello can someone tell me. What I need to do, to bleed a ASPLUNDA L36 LINE LIFT. I cannot seem to get the top rams two synchronize. It seems to be a air issue. After I replace the seals in the top rams . But that's when the problem started. Can't seem to find any manuals, on the net, jest safety bulletins. Can somebody please help me.
