Automatic Oil Adjustment

Is there an adjustment for the auto oiler on an 028?
Am I correct that the oil consumption should be the same as the fuel. ie 1 tank of fuel to one tank of bar oil?

Yes, it's on the bottom. A big screw - turns about a 1/4 of a turn.
