Bad news from the mill

Hampton has a big banner outside the mill saying they are hiring now. Seems strange.....but . Maybe nobody wants to live here?

I ran into a couple of timber cutter buddies today, both of them are driving brand new shiny crew cab 4x4 diesels...

The "Three Rivers" lumber mill in Kamiah closed it's doors last week. 90 people lost their jobs at the mill, and that doesn't count the loggers, truck drivers, etc., whose jobs depended on that mill.

Not good, not good.

Paper mills are stating to lay off here now too.
