Bandit 12XP 2.5L Duratec Diag port.

Does anyone know where I can get an adapter to read and reset the codes on a Bandit 12XP with a Ford 2.5L. The code is a 1 DE 1, SPN: 636, FMI: 2 which I was told is the Cam Position sensor. I have replaced the sensor, but don't know how to clear the code. This is a no-start fault code. I see there is a diag port that has 6 pins, but don't know if an adapter is available to convert to an ODB2 connector so I can clear the codes. Any help appreciated.

On vehicles with an ECM, disconnecting the battery for a minute or two would clear the codes.
Might give that a try.

Wanted to update the forum with the results. It turns out that the Alternator was bad and causing issues with the computer due to a failed rectifier within the Alternator. That is way caused the camshaft senor code. Once the Alternator was replace, the codes cleared and the chipper is running well.
