Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the WOODSMAN PRO bar on Bailey's site? Same with the titanium bar by GB. (for a husky) Also, with Husky having their pistons made in India and Stihl having so many oiling problems,( yes, I had one , too :a 310)where is the Dolmar made and how is their quality?

I never had any experience with the Woodsman Pro bars. I am testing one of the GB Titanium bars now. It seems to be holding up well. The only drawback is the color. I don't know what GB was thinking of. It looks like crap on a Stihl or a Husky.
Dolmar saws are built in Germany and they have been in business since 1927.
They also have a one year commercial warranty on their saws. The other two major brands are only 90 days.
We haven't seen the new saws with the pistons made in India yet. It prove interesting.

Lefty- the Woodsman Pro bars are made in Cannon's factory and aren't holding up under hard use any better than an Oregon, Windsor, or GB bar, and they cost a lot more. GB seems to be the highest quality for the price.

Not all of Husky's components are made in India at this time, in fact very little of any production is going on in India. Mahle still makes 90% of all the major Saw manufacturer's cylinder and piston sets.

Not all Stihls have problems with oilers either. You just can't buy into all the crap on this forum. You'd be best off to go to some locel dealers and Demo any models you may be interested in for yourself.
