Anyone know where I can get a 24" or 25" bar for a Dolmar PS-9000? The Windsor and Oregon books list the same mount as the PS6400/PS7900 series, but it is not the same. This PS-9000 has the wider slot, like the Sachs-Dolmar 123. Oregon nor Windsor give me a bar when I use their online selector (for a 123). Oregon shows it in their catalog, though. I see (10) 24" bars on ebay, but they are .058 ga, and I need .050 ga.

If the oil holes will line up okay with a D009 Bar then I would either open the slot on one or change the studs. If you change the studs you'll have your choice of common bars.

Okay. I marked the bar studs for orientation, removed them, and ground some .370" flats on them, and reinstalled them. I didn't want to turn them down to .370" dia, as they needed some sort of flange to tighten up. Using flats took care of that. Now it can use the D009 Oregon or EM Windsor. Much better, had a bar in stock.
