Bearcat shredder knives

New member here looking for alternate source for shredder knives for a SC5540 chipper/shredder. I just bought a used in very good condition SC5540 and the shredder knives are ready to be turned which means the next time they need to be replaced for this particular machine.Bearcat prices a set (36) of these @ $295 which seems a little dear to me.I'm wondering if anyone has found a more reasonably priced source or different style of blade that will work.

I might be able to help you. I have a source for Bearcat chipper knives and I'll need to know the dimension of the knives currently in the chipper. I'll need to know L x W x Thickness and I might be able to help.
