I just picked up a PTO Befco chipper. It is the older BM6-900 model. Befco sent me an owners manual but it is missing some pages. Does anyone know the gap setting between the blades and the anvil? It should be the same as on the newer BM6-800 model. I just sharpened the blades (slowly with lots of coolant on my Bridgeport) and need to reset the anvil gap, but that page is missing in the owners manual that arrived today. That was the page I needed!! :givebeer:

Thanks.

Yep, good ole Befco. I used to run one those back in the............aw, I'm just making this up. I have never heard of a befco chipper.

These are not very common and kind of a homeowner unit. I bought it because allows me to attach it to my tractor and move it around in tight and muddy locations for small jobs.
