What do you guys think is the strongest knot to tie onto the porty wrap.
Using 5/8 husky doublebraid. Not a sling but actually tie on to porty ( not talkin bout cow or timber on tree , but on porty).
What would be best?
Tripple fish?

a triple fisherman's is likely to bind, a good knot for climbing but not for rigging. I like the anchor bend if I'm tying the rope directly to porty.

i do as Dan do; allow both legs of the bowline eye to take the brunt of the loading while reeved through cow, and have knot part of bowline 'protected' around tree/ mount from worst part of the loading; not reeved through cow/ not exposed.

Watch the stiffness of the chosen mounting line as it makes tight bight around eye of Porty.

we just girth hitch it to an eye sling as far as attatching to a tree attatch it low with either a cow or a timber hitch.
