people are nut's a used 395 just sold on ebay for 595, yesterday i bought one new in the box for 665.

Just curious, in reading the other related post about new saw setup, I'd be interested in how much you have to adjust your new 395's carb from the factory setting. Pls post back if you get the chance/think about it.
tks

back in may when i recieved a new one, sedanman set it up for me. on the first tank of fuel out of the box, it was hitting 12,800 max rpm is 12,500. he had to take the stops off to richen it up. ed broke in 2 more for me. the next one i bought was the same way i had to grind the stop off to get it under 12,500. i keep them on the rich side around 12,000. when i get the next one in the mail i'll let you know where it's at.

I also like to set my 365 at 12,000 rpm and I had to remove the stops to get there. The dealer set it up and after 4-5 tanks it was running 13,000 with no more room to adjust.
