grass,car,dog,firewood

Hello all at AS
Iam writing because i have a lawn, car, dog, and some firewood.
The lawn needs mowing .... you can keep the clippings for compost.
My car needs cleaning/wax ... you can take it out for a test drive ( 5min max ).
My dog needs a walk/brushing ... The walk is healthy for you.
And i have some firewood that needs processing ... Its a good free workout.

Anyone interested in any of the above please contact me and ill set up the appointment.

ps. i work during the week so make sure you work around my time and i don't supply any materials needed for any of the jobs so bring your own supplies.

We had a guy call this week that wanted us to take down several trees in his yard and do it for the firewood. He is about an hour north of us in the middle of nowhere and wants us to come up there, cut his trees for free and , just because he is such a nice guy, he is going to give us the firewood.

Also had a guy call on my ad this week and wanted me to come climb for him for $150 a day because his climber has run off on him. I asked him if he realized that he was calling a tree service...

Yup, there are some real dandies out there....

I had a micro tree service call me asking if I could come across the county @ my normal rate to finish a tree for him since he broke his foot. He was refered to me by another service I had never worked for, but knew someone I had....

It's only about 2 hrs of work...

That happens though, we had this one fellow fall out of a tree and we went and finished the job for him for free. By the time he got out of his coma, his wife had sold the business and told him he wasn't allowed back in a tree... Not quite sure that's the way to handle it but he was greatly appreciated that we didn't leave him with unfinished business when he woke up.

I would help if there was a serious injury, or if he had been near by, but "can you drop everything for $80 right now?" just does not settle right. If he had offered travel time too, said 4 hrs no mater what, been a regular client...

I have shown up for a job and found I'm the only person on site with any insurance...
