Finally pulled the pin before the EPA restrictions. Not sure when I will get it hooked up, depends on how the rest of the house goes, but at least I have it!

Gotcha, but the roof is quite steep like a house, I've only set curbs on flat roofs like warehouses or strip malls. Good buy on the boiler though!

Business was founded in 1865 as grain and coal yard. Part of the main building is still there. Railroad tracks actually ran right where trailer is parked and sliding doors where on that side building to unload cars.

I have all of the tubes run in the floors, an air exchanger in the furnace plentum and an air exchanger for the garage as well, just have to figure all the plumbing controls now
