Brand new husqvarna 395xp

I'm extremely frustrated. I bought a brand new husqvarna 395xp which was shipped to me because there's no dealers within 3 hours of me. So I fire it up she starts then stalls instantly I proceed to start again and nothing won't fire I looked at everything and adjusted spark plugs gap now she fires right up but only without the choke and as soon as I let off the throttle she stalls. What the hell is my issue this should not happen with a brand new saw and never has before with me and I've bought dozens of saws. Thanks in advance

I'm gonna go try as soon as the kids and wife wake up. I've never had this problem before with a new saw

If you buy a saw from a local shop, they most likely tune it before handing it over. My guess is that didn't happen with this one???

Problem solved all I needed to do was give it a carb adjustment and there's a little black metal tab that the throttle rests against it's connected to the choke. Well for whatever reason it wasn't snapping back into place so I lubed it up haha and now she runs like she should have out of box. Thanks for the help guys
