As pointed out, there is still the point of centered pull in Rocky's version, versus twisting pull pictured, unless that specifically counters some other element. Cutting too much hinge on the side of the line pull could logically invite twisting, as that area of hinge is the most leveraged against.
Laying line centered over top,and on back, but low over FaceCut; leaves release near cutter on backside (as closest man anyway), and pullers in place to pull after release of line too, before disbanding pullers and leveraging pulleys etc.; to smoothly maximize line removal.
