Bucket truck outriggers/dump control valve questions???

So I have a leaky control valve not sure which one but it's for outriggers and dump was wondering if there is a seal kit for these or if it's all seperate seals have pics.......

Should be able to take apart remove back end and replace seals/ o-rings

Yeah I actually went by a hydraulic shop and got new seals I was jus wondering if there was a kit for it but it was cheap and pretty easy to figure out once I took apart

Glad that you at least know it's from the valve pack. I suspect that mine is from the actual cylinder seal. Big job to remove the out rigger and re-seal it.

Yeah I actually might have a internal seal leaking on mine, it drops after sitting for a week or so but no fluid leaking out, the fluid leak was actually the control valve on my truck but I guess the control valve leaki g could have been leaking pressure out of cylinder and allowing it to drop hopefully that's it haha cuz yeah those look like a pain to remove and reseal

In the entire internet, at least as far as I searched and red, there is only one YouTube showing how to do it. They laterally dug a deep hole in the ground in order to completely lower the out rigger with a fork lift. I might mot have to do that since I have a parking pad with a wall 2 feet high. It's going to be a painful job. That's why I try to put it off as far as I can.

The drifting could also be from a bad load holding cartridge.

Yeah so since my truck has been sitting for few days since I changed seals in control valve the driver side outrigger has leaked down a half inch and my controls are not saturated in hydro fluid so im guessing an internal seal is leaking a bit or the other thing ben84 said (what and where is the load holding cartridge located?)

Not sure about your setup, but the ones I've seen were at the top end of the outrigger. Basically what they do is hold a hydraulic cylinder in it's position even under load until hydraulic pressure is applied through the valve.

Oh so it's a holding valve for the outriggers cylinders I know I have few of those on boom cylinders but they must be inside of outriggers case thing cuz I don't recall seeing those around that area so must be hidden sumwhat
