Ive heard good things about them! No fogging, mesh allows breeze in. i tried on a pair once but didnt care for them, the mesh played tricks with my vision. Depth perception mainly i guess.
Have you ever noticed this while looking thru a chainlink fence?

They work pretty well but they do rust if you sweat through them. Maybe rinse them down a couple of times a day with fesh water. The foam that seals them to your face is kind of flimsy too but maybe it`s just me. there was a pretty good thread about these on the climbers forum I believe. Russ

Looking through a screen window messes with my eyes, I would think those goggles would do the same thing. Let us know how they work out if you get em.

I haven't tried the goggles but I have had the rusting problem with the mesh on my loggers helmet (to say I sweat profusely is being kind). After rusting out 3 in a year I started spraying them down occasionally with WD40(after I take it off:D ). That may work with the goggles as well.

I think you could try spraying them with WD-40 while you are wearing them. Increase your production effeciency.

I found the foam liner iratates you more than anything, they worked pretty good though but still don't like anything that blocks your vision.

Steve here...
Thank you everyone for the feedback...I ordered a pair from Sherrell yesterday, I'll let everone know how they work out.
Thanks again,

i've used them for well over 10 years and love'em. i was so glad when Sherrill started carrying them.

No rust. Over 15 pairs.

Light cleaning of foam and head band to keep from getting to bad in the summer.

Keep address off of packing to send away for foam replacement pads, they only send 10 at a time though. Clean old adhesive from goggles with rubbing alcohol. Dry , put on new foam. Rubbing alcohol will really clean the head band too, but the elastic seems to lose some elasticity, and holds strong smell for a few daze.

Most likely breaking point is the bridge piece coming off either of the inlets over the eye tears/ and or comes off rivet and out.
Solution: Krazy Glue piece back in where it goes, press over rivet then pack with news paper piece or toothpick etc. to pack pressure on top of nose peice so it can't come off rivet, let packing absorb Krazy Glue and harden. Wear the next day.

They cut down light for me, but at dusk that gets to be too much. Very, very good for terrorrizing lil'kids. Let fine dust, sand, mist through.
