Building a stumpgrinder

Hi guys wanting to know if anyone has plans for building a stumpgrinder for the front of a dingo type mini skid steer? We are looking at a 27hp motor for the front and the cutting disk below that, so it will be a fully self contained grinder that can be attached to the front of the dingo. Any ideas or pictures would be great, hate to re invent the wheel.

It looks very much like the idea i had in my head with the cutter in front rather that directly underneath like a design they have round these ways.
