My youngest Son was going to buy bulk rubber playground pellets, that were sold in a bag like that. He wanted to use my 18ft. flatbed equipment trailer to avoid the $200 delivery charge, and I had doubts as to the safety of hauling 3, 2000 pound bags on a flatbed trailer. The rubber pellet company owner said it could be done with a bunch of ratchet straps. I haven't decided yet.

The pellet company owner recommended 2 straps per bag, but they don't use a flatbed themselves. I guess if the loops are strong enough to pick up a loaded 2000 lb. bag they won't be anything to worry about.
