That is a high modulus fiber rope (HMWPE=high molecular weight polyethylene)
It is full static, no stretch, in fact less than wire rope, and at least as strong for a given size. It is only to be used for pulling or lifting. It should never be dynamically loaded.
Plus, it is insanely expensive.
That said, my similar double braid line, with a HMWPE core, and polyester sheath, is great for pulling or employed with a ratcheting capstan device like the GRCS, for lifting limbs, or suspending entire trees. Mine id 9/16th, and is rated at 19,000 lb, and can be used repeatedly at way above the normal 5-1 SWL for rigging lines, as long as it is used correctly.
