Burnishing clutch

I am installing a new electric clutch on a 252 stump grinder . do I have jack shaft to the new clutch belts attached when doing the burnishing , also paper work on new clutch says to do it a total of 30 times which seems like a lot . thanks for any information

Yes, you need to have it installed prior to burnishing and 30 times is the number.
