just fyi if anyone needs any business cards printed at a reasonable rate go to www.iprint.com they do a excellent job just wanted to help my fellow brothers and sisters. You can design your own cards and or other office stuff at great prices. I hope I don't offend anyone for putting it in this location.

I used vistaprint.com for mine and was impressed. Good pricing, good product, quick shipping. Ain't the intrawubs grand?

I use a local printer and get 1000 color business cards for $56 and I get to deal with a local company.

I try to keep my money local so I may get there business in the future.

My $.02 anyway....

I agree on the local thing.

I already did the 1000 card thing. Blew through those in a flash. I got 5000 this go around. It was about $250 for 5000 full color, glossy finish, 1 sided cards. They look great.

lol... around richmond the print shops charge around 100 bucks for color and 500 cards.. just thought id see if that could help anyone out

I agree with the local thing for a lot of stuff. I did that the first time around, but they couldn't do what I wanted. I do mine on vistaprint.com now, and can upload images, format it the way I want, etc., and can find coupon codes all over the internet for that site. I think I paid $3.95 for 200 cards last time around!

I like the local stuff too, to keep some cash going around in this area. But the online stuff has some appeal. I almost tried one of the links in this post last time around, but they did not have the cardstock I wanted then.

So ordered 1000 cards locally at $125

If I were to try a photo card, I might think about online. The only drawback, is not being able to actually handle the example of cardstock to feel it's thickness or see it's real gloss.

I order around 15,000 cards a year from vistaprints. I get glossy cards with a color calender on the back for around $200 for 10,000. They only offer quantities of up to 5000 on their website, but if you call them you can get 10,000 or more at a much better price.

Printing has become cheap. Learn to use photoshop, it will pay off. I have fun designing mailers for my tree service. I get 5,000 of these 6"x9" mailers printed for $339 from m13graphics. Bulk mail distribution is about 17cents a piece with a "walklist". You can just hand them out in neighborhoods if you prefer.

Your pics are red x

I think the minimum is actually 500. I was a little hesitant to order from them because of lots of bad reviews, but I did anyway due to the great price. I got 1000 cards for $15 and they were decent quality.

5000 is the maximum that you can order on the website. I think you can get as few as 250? I've order many many thousands over the last few years .Never had anything bad to say about them.

Yeah, that's right. I misread your post. Come to think of it, I think I ordered 250 the first time, then 500 for $15. I have been pleased with them so far. I wonder if all you others getting cards there get the tree image. haha.
