Butterfly mods
For those of you who enjoy this saddle, I found a great mod. My problem is the strap (infront) is too long and when using a vt/tender, the systen slides around too far towards the side with the tail of my rope. AKA - need shorter sliding strap in front!!
Solution - (old hat to users on the buzz??) Hubert's (ART) mod.
I will place a pic on wed when I return.
It is like the bridge on the Kolibri saddle (humming bird). (Kolibrie?)
I like it but if you think the original is small and thin..... this is about half the width. Hubert had it rated at 25kn but I couldn't get anything in writing except the duct tape and ball point label on it.
